Size of grow box
In my research on constructing a grow box, I discovered that while a grow box can be any size, a "standard-sized grow box" should be 30 feet long and 5 feet wide. A width of five feet would allow for easy access to the center of the box without the need for excessive stretching or stepping into the grow box. Based on this research, I started my project of constructing my first set of grow boxes.--------------------🔅--------------------
I had initially set up three grow boxes with walkways to accommodate equipment and provide easy access to all sides. However, I soon realized that the boxes were too wide, making it extremely difficult to access the middle. While the width may be suitable for taller individuals, it was not practical for anyone of average height (between 5 and 6 feet tall).
After harvesting the first set of vegetables, I reconstructed the grow boxes, reducing the width to 4 feet to ensure easier access to the middle. Instead of using four concrete blocks for the width, as shown in the picture above, I opted for three blocks instead.

You can see that three blocks were used to construct the width of the grow box. This design allows for easier access to the center of the grow box without requiring excessive stretching or stepping into the box.
